The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Representative (Account Manager) to join our growing team. This role will be based from one of our sites (Buckingham, Exeter or Plymouth) but will work closely with colleagues and clients across the group.
The role is central to our customer promise of providing a seamless, reliable and professional service while managing a portfolio of client accounts. You'll be the go to contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood, delivered on time and to the highest standard.
